A Kate Eadie enamel plaque, “Mariana”

This stunning plaque has full provenance and includes labels to the reverse dating it to 1904 and entitled “Mariana”, no doubt from the Tennyson poem of that name. Kate Eadie was a leading Birmingham School artist, designer and enamellist; enamels by her like this are rare. This is in excellent condition and of great refinement.
