A Liberty gold and turquoise Cymric brooch by Archibald Knox

A lovely example of a Liberty Cymric gold and turquoise brooch by Archibald Knox. The brooch appears in the Liberty Jewellery sketch-book, p. 4. Model no 1166 and in “Archibald Knox” by Dr Stephen A. Martin, 2001, p. 265.

The brooch is in excellent antique original condition It is unmarked as is often the case with Liberty gold jewellery.  It is untested but I am confident it is 15 carat gold or better.
