A Mabel Sefton enamel plaque

This stunning plaque is by Mabel Sefton,  a highly respected sculptor and enamellist active around 1905-10.  The plaque is inscribed to the reverse (see images) with an extract from the poem “The Rubaiyat” by Omar Khayyam and signed and dated for 1908.  A beautiful piece.
