A pair of James Dixon & Sons arts & crafts candlesticks. The design is attributable to the leading Dutch Amsterdam design school of the period from c. 1902 and copied by the Sheffield firm of James Dixon. These candlesticks are from the initial years of production and dated for 1905. They are in excellent condition with clear marks and well defined faux rivets.
