A rare Liberty Cymric silver and enamel buckle

A very good, large, heavy, arts and crafts Liberty silver buckle, Birmingham 1903, carrying the rarer Liberty quatrefoil mark (slightly rubbed). The buckle is in one piece and still retains its separate silver catch – see images.  It is in excellent original condition with rare red green enamels that Liberty seem to have used also on this design when more commonly seen as a (much smaller) brooch.
