A tree of life silver tea caddy
An unusual arts and crafts silver tea caddy with tree of life motifs dated Chester 1902 and made by Nathan & Hayes. This appears to be a one off and may be a personal commission from this well regarded Chester firm. It was probably made as a 25th wedding anniversary gift and is discretely inscribed: ”1878. JUNE 27. 1903” at the base of the front panel. A really lovely authentic arts and crafts piece and in excellent condition.
