A rare pair of art deco silver candlesticks

A rare pair of British art deco sterling silver candlesticks by Adie Brothers.  The candlesticks are dated, Birmingham, 1937. They appear to be based on stylized palm trees and a very famous deco modernist floor lamp designed by Walter von Nessen (see additional images).  British art deco sterling silver is rare and these are a great example of the period.
