An elegant Birmingham Guild of Handicraft silver tea pot dated Birmingham 1900. Designed by Arthur Stansfield Dixon this formed part of a set displayed at the 1899 Arts and Crafts Society Exhibition and published in the Art Journal 1899, page 379.  For the the rest of the set see other A294 stock numbers. The teapot is a good gauge with a strong hand hammered finish.
