Two very good silver arts and crafts buckles.  In order from top to bottom:

Top: A Liberty silver and enamel buckle, Birmingham 1910.  Model number 10184. Probably an Oliver Baker design. 7.5 cm across. 1.1 oz, 30 grams

Bottom: A Liberty silver and enamel buckle. Birmingham 1908. Model number 10174.  Quite probably also an Oliver Baker design. 7.0 cm across. 1.2 oz, 35 grams

Both in excellent antique original condition, with age appropriate minor losses to enamel visible under magnification only.
